Groundswell Certification Levels

Level 1 Trauma-Informed Training — Foundational trauma and healing skills for gentle support, emotional wellness, and building safety in the ocean.
Level 2 Facilitator Training — Trained to lead structured surf-therapy groups using somatic, nature-based, and community-healing practices.
Level 3 Provider Training — Advanced training for complex trauma and mental-health needs using the full Groundswell Surf Therapy™ model; best for deeper therapeutic, grief, or long-term support.
