Groundswell Collective Workshops

A healthy ocean is a biodiverse ocean and healthy Surf Therapy is breathed into and developed by a biodiverse community of experts in their fields who are actively breaking down cultural barriers to explore the intersection between ocean health, mental health, and community health. The Groundswell Collective workshops brings together professional surfers, licensed clinicians, community leaders, and healers from around the world sharing their experience, tools, practices, and wisdoms to support in the deeper development and application of Surf Therapy for the diverse communities accessing mother oceans waves for their mental, spiritual, physical, and social health.

Each workshop is 1-2 hours of embodied learning which can include movement, art, somatics, reflection, journaling, story telling, and sharing. The learning portal includes the live recording of the workshop along with supporting resources and how to connect with the facilitators for deeper learning.
