Mission: LifeSurfer creates trauma-sensitive spaces where people can reconnect with themselves, strengthen their mental health, and learn to navigate life’s waves with more resilience.
Locations: Germany, primarily in North Rhine-Westphalia (Düsseldorf & Cologne region, with online offerings and in-person coaching and workshops and retreats in Spain.
Populations Served: Adults seeking trauma-sensitive support for mental health, self-connection, and resilience, including individuals experiencing stress, overwhelm, life transitions, or emotional strain.
