Mission: Groundswell Peru empowers women and girls to reclaim their strength, healing, and belonging through surfing and community. Through training, mentorship, and employment, we’re building a new generation of female surf leaders and instructors — transforming the waves into spaces of empowerment, opportunity, and collective joy.
